Argentina group tours for solo travellers

Travel solo as part of a group tour to Argentina

Why travel solo to Argentina?

Travelling solo as part of a group tour to Argentina allows you to experience a country where modern, elegant cities come face-to-face with nature on a vast scale.

Known as the ‘Paris of South America’, Buenos Aires offers a touch of Europe with a Latin twist. Colonial architecture dominates the streets, with characterful cafes reminiscent of 19th-century Paris and the rhythms of tango bewitching tourists and locals alike.

But beyond the sensual glamour of the capital, a wild world beckons. The vast glaciers and ice fields of Patagonia. The rolling vineyards of Mendoza. The prodigious majesty of the Andes. All of which you’ll experience on our 10-day group adventure.

Top places to visit in Argentina

Buenos Aires

If you’re a fan of steak or fine wine you may find yourself lingering in Buenos Aires. Argentina’s capital is a food and wine delight with steakhouses on almost every corner. Away from excellent cuisine, Buenos Aires also offers grand French and Italian-style architecture, a plethora of galleries and a vibrant street art scene.

Los Glaciares National Park

The glaciers in Los Glaciares National Park really are a grand sight. From Perito Moreno, known for the dramatic icefalls from its front wall, to ice that appears to flow through waterfalls and some of the most accessible glaciers in the world, it’s no wonder this is a hiker’s paradise.

Mendoza

In Mendoza, you can trek through vast open plains on horseback via rugged dirt tracks, the vast mountainscape all around you, or head to a local bar to make your way through a bottle of Argentinian wine accompanied by tender meats and local cheeses instead. Either way, Mendoza is a must-visit.

Córdoba

Córdoba does get unfairly overlooked by tourists, but the locals know better. It’s a city full of colonial history with the main plaza overlooked by a picturesque colonial cathedral. Art and culture abound, thanks to the Evita Fine Arts Museum and the Cordoba Cultural Centre.
