Meet the founders
Radha Vyas, co-founder and CEO
Based in London in her early 30s – and following a generic group trip that left her feeling cold – Radha came up with the concept of a game-changing brand that would transform the group travel sector, by matching people of a similar age with immersive moments of adventure. She later pitched the idea of Flash Pack to her now husband and co-founder Lee Thompson on their first date. Multiple awards, booming growth and a Covid-comeback later, Flash Pack is thriving with 100% YoY growth, 50+ locally curated adventures and a global community of Flashpackers connected by lifelong friendship.

A born adventurer, Lee’s appetite for global travel began early on, with a career in photojournalism that took him to some of the world’s most remote, off-radar locations. In-between assignments, a chance first date with co-founder and CEO Radha Vyas led them to create Flash Pack: a travel brand dedicated to small group trips rooted in connection, adventure and unique local experiences. Lee has spent the past decade reinventing the meaning of group travel for those with a passion to explore, through out-of-the-box marketing campaigns, that boast an impressive rate of viral success.
